I think I’ll never forget my learning experience at BLC. It’s been simply fascinating and has let me make the most of my time in Bristol improving my English.

At the beginning, I didn’t know what to expect from the classes since I’d never taken English classes in a language school. From the very first moment, I found the learning atmosphere of the school extremely exciting and motivating: excellent location, picturesque decoration of the facilities, appropiate multimedia support, nice classmates from all over the world, and top of the range staff.

After my first month, my teachers recommended me to take the FCE exam. Then I thought ‘Why not? My CV might look better if I got a Cambridge certificate’. This way, I started to prepare my exam by joining a special class in the afternoons and practising with MEC tests. I had the best training and as a consequence I passed the exam with an excellent score. However, at that moment I was still hungry for certificates and wanted to take advantage of my English level, which increased every day I spent at BLC. Having prepared the CAE exam at the school for a couple of months I managed to pass it as well. I’m still jumping for joy!

It’s not been an easy path, as I spent a lot of time studying and doing extra activities on my own to speed up my improvement. The point is if you are willing to learn English, BLC will give you all you need, from well organised classes and nicest staff, to best online practise excercises.
